Original Hot Yoga
Bikram Yoga is original “Hot Yoga” in order to facilitate muscle relaxation and flexibility, yoga rooms are heated with a specialized system to 105 degrees with 45 percent humidity. This allows you to go deeper and safer in to the various postures. One of Bikram Ashburn’s certified Bikram Yoga Instructors will give you step-by-step instructions for trying the postures, giving you information on the benefits of what you are doing and reminding you to breathe, relax and achieve. In one 90 –minute Beginning Yoga series class, it is not uncommon to burn up to 600 calories!
